Day 39

Today was a good day. Anna and I must have caught the biking bug last night because we decided this morning we would go to Spinyasa. Spinyasa is a class that is 30 minutes of spinning, followed by 30 minutes of yoga. We were extra excited to go because it would be the first time we got to try the new spin room (they've been remodeling for awhile now).

The yoga section was "great." I was honestly shocked at how tight I was... my hamstrings, my hips... yikes! But by the end of class I could touch my toes. :-) I should probably do yoga more often.

Work was fine - I spent some time clearing out my new office (it has been used as storage for the last two years...). Then I spent the rest of the time googling office decorating ideas, haha.

Now that Sarah is back (yay, it's about time!) I went to zumba after work. Always fun. Then we headed out for our 100 mile reward... Frozen Yogurt!!! It was a very delicious and well-earned treat for sure. We're pretty awesome... no big deal.

Back to running tomorrow! Looking forward to it for a change, although I'm slightly worried because my knee is still hurting.
