Monday
7am - Physical Therapy. The verdict: My "back pocket" muscle (hip/butt) on my left side (the bad knee side) is too weak, causing my knee to track improperly, resulting in pain. I now have to exercise my left butt daily.
8am - Training with Sarah and Vinny. Told Vinny the results of PT... he spent the next hour working out our hips. Sorry Sarah! Thanks for being a good sport and spending an hour of training on my rehab!!
Day - Job #1. Blah.
Night - Paleo chef extraordinaire. I made starch-free shepherd's pie.
