Well the weekend is over, but I'm not too sad because tomorrow we leave for NYC, so I'm basically only working three days this week instead of six. Awesome.
Friday night was the special "Jungshin Masterclass" at the club. Anna and I went, and Sarah was there on stage as one of the instructors. Good job Sarah! Anna and I had a fun time, especially when it came time for "combat" which is basically choreographed sword fighting. I realize that just sounded suuuuper geeky, but it was fun.

Part of the draw for attending the masterclass was that Elizabeth Faulkner (celebrity chef from the Food Network) would be there making sushi. 1) I didn't know who she was so I didn't really care all that much, 2) I don't like sushi.... haha. Not exactly enticing for me, but I did actually end up standing right next to her for part of the workout so I guess that was cool. Here's a picture for you in case you recognize her...

And even though I'm not a big fan of sushi, I smuggled some out for Andy because he is. He seemed to really like it!

On Friday night Andy and I ended up renting "Captain Phillips." If you haven't seen it, you should. We both really liked it.
Moving on. Saturday was a long Job #2 day because in addition to my regular shift, we had our yearly mandatory all-staff meeting (boring). Anyway, once that was over I spent the rest of the night hanging out with Andy, Will, Anna, and... Bipul!!! Bipul came to visit for the weekend so we went to Wegmans for dinner and of course, FroYo for dessert.

I must also add that on Saturday, Kristin ran her first half marathon. Way to go Kristin!!!
Sunday was interesting. Andy and I got in the stupidest fight in the morning that sort of tainted the day, but even still we managed to go to the mall together - he got some new jeans, and I found a really cool statement necklace that might be a potential Bridesmaid accessory.
And now we've made it to today. I'm at Job #1 now. I have REDO tonight. Then I have to pack for NYC. Which also means do laundry - blah. It will be interesting to do T25 in our hotel room while we're gone. That's right friends, I have not missed a single T25 workout yet and I plan on keeping it that way. I actually really like them even though some of the parts are still practically impossible.
Ok enough of that, back to work! Hope you are all having a good start to your week!
