1) I think my main problem was that I was tired (even though it felt like my main problem was food). Generally when I am tired, I have less will power.
2) I am proud that despite the nagging hunger, I did not give into a feast of baddies - including the candy dish on my office-mates shelf. I did have a little more ice cream than I should have once I got home from job number 2, but it really could have been much worse.

3) I am also proud that I went grocery shopping between job number 2 and going home. Another part of the problem today was that we are running so low on food my meals weren't exactly mentally/emotionally satisfying (although they were still healthy). Let's just say I don't think I could have another dinner of "a bag of frozen vegetables" tomorrow night. If you fail to prepare you prepare to fail... or something like that. Tomorrow I am ready for success with my freshly stocked fridge!

Great progress on both the running and eating healthy/weight change! I have progress on running and that's about it. I'm doing so-so on the weight change. My total for miles run is 49.43 (notice how I'm leaving out the total for weight change.....)
