Friday night was a trip with Andy and Will to see "Bandaloop," a dance group from San Francisco that performs while suspended from cables off the side of a building. We really didn't know what to expect, but it actually turned out to be pretty cool.
| Can you see the people on the building?? |

Bandaloop turned out to be so popular, it made getting food from one of the food trucks next to impossible (I brought my own food which Andy and Will smuggled in for me, lol). Since the guys were hungry, we made a late night stop at Dog Town.

9:30pm second dinner of hot dog is not Seetha-approved so I got a hot tea instead. Go me. Friday night - success.
Saturday started with another early morning short run with Alyssa. It went well for the most part, but my knee did start hurting after about 2 miles. UGH! Sooo irritating. Anyway, I worked Job #2 after that, then spent the rest of the afternoon with a healthy dose of chores and relaxation. Andy and I made dinner at home and then watched a few episodes of "Orange is the New Black." It's a pretty good show. I also made some Seetha-approved snacks, some of which we had for dessert.

For Sarah this was basically a jazzed up training run as she gets ready to run her first full marathon! Woohoo!!
After lunch on Sunday, Andy and I headed to the mall - thankfully I was able to find a pair of shoe's for Sheena's wedding that she approved!
Fitting into Sheena's 1960's theme has been somewhat of a challenge as I am totally unfamiliar with 1960's fashion, but I think I will look very cute for her big day. :-) I'm also very excited to see what my hair will end up looking like... I've never had 1960's hair before!
Our trip to the mall got me hyped up on clothes so I spent a chunk of my evening going through my closet trying things on. I only made it through my shirts, but I'm happy to say every shirt in my closet now not only fits, but I also like it. The rest is getting out of there!
The night ended with another delicious Seetha-approved dinner (steak fajitas using big lettuce leaves in place of tortillas) and a few more episodes of "Orange is the New Black." All in all, I'd say a pretty darn good weekend.
One last thing... I did talk to Seetha on the phone this weekend and she gave me the next step of my journey... I'm now allowed to include rice and rice products in my diet as long as it's before 4:00pm. I'm relatively excited, but honestly rice is not my favorite starch so it probably won't seem life changing. What will be life changing is her other "rule".... after 4:00pm I am supposed to only have one meal and then that's it. KITCHEN CLOSED. No dessert. No bedtime snack... this is going to be hard. But as Anna said (who I immediately called when I got off the phone with Seetha, haha), I've managed to do a lot of things so far that seemed "hard" so I should be able to do this too. Anna is so smart!!
I figured I'd post a picture of her so you can put a face to the name since I talk about her so much! I can't wait until she approves oats... maybe next week!
